New Annual Report Form Technology

This video records the May 14, 2018 Webinar focused on the new Annual Report Form (ARF) technology that will be implemented in the fall 2019.  

2019 ARF Tracking Tool This video outlines the new Annual Report Form that will be used in the fall of 2019 that will be focused on the 2018 admission cohorts.  The video discusses the new ARF, the changes that will take place, and provides instructions for using a newly developed tracking tool.

Curriculum Map Template, Extended This Curriculum Map template can help a Program Director with ensuring that the entirety of the MAERB Core Curriculum is covered during the medical assisting program. It includes the cognitive objectives and psychomotor and affective competencies, along with spaces to indicate course, tool, teaching materials, unit, and term taught.  It is described in the video, Curriculum Mapping and Maintenance.

Spring 2019 Survey, Enrollment and Relationships (Updated 9/19)

Report on Enrollments Relationship Survey (Updated 9/19) This report contains the results of a survey that MAERB conducted in spring 2019, focused on the enrollment demographics and different types of relationships, specifically dual enrollment and apprenticeship/funded partnerships. This report will be discussed extensively in fall 2019 and spring 2020.

Self-Study Workshop and Program Director Boot Camp 

The MAERB will be holding a Self-Study Workshop and a Program Director Boot Camp in Louisville, Kentucky.  The two events are pre-conference workshops held just prior to ACCREDITCON, which is sponsored by CoAEMSP, the CAAHEP Committee on Accreditation for Emergency Medical Services. 

The two-day Self-Study Workshop will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm and Thursday, May 28, 2020, from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.  The Program Director Boot Camp will take place from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 28, 2020.
